RETURNS: some of our Manufacturers or Vendors do charge a fee anywhere from 10% to 35% for all re-stocking items. All items sent to you MUST be returned (including certificate, instruction manual etc...with the item you're returning). The item must be received in good condition as if it is broken because of bad re-ship we reserve the right to adjust your refund to take this into account. Please be aware that Shipping & Handling is NEVER refundable and returns require an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) requested either by email or by phone. Return shipping will be at YOUR cost, so if everything checks out fine you will be refunded the amount of your purchase minus S&H and if applicable re-stocking fee. We will give a refund within 30 days (less retocking and S&H) with an RMA number and/or without an RMA number we will exchange the item (depending also on the availibility of the stock) or give you a store credit. The return item must be in working order and not damaged. If it is damaged only a store credit will apply.

Returns do not apply to any CD's, software or personalized items.

DAMAGED SHIPMENT: if for some reason your shipment and/or box(es) is (are) damaged in transit, please be made aware that the only guarantee for damages is the one of the shipping company usually within 3-5 days (max.) of receipt of the package. So, it is suggested that you check your shipment upon receipt thus right away and more especially so when you see damages to the box upon receipt (even mention it and have it logged in by the shipper) so that you are on record if you need it in the future. Failure to do so will give you no possible recourse on replacement of the unit as the vendor/manufacturer is not responsible on how the unit/package is handled once it leaves its place of business and they do insure the item(s) for any possible damages incurred during transit.
